SPOILERS: Theory on 13's personality

Since we know Jenna Coleman is returning as Clara in the Christmas Special, do you think it's likely that the Doctor will see her as the last face he sees and subconsciously regenerate into a personality that is similar to hers. 11 saw the sharp, Scottish, sassy Amy Pond when he regenerated and became the sharp, Scottish, and sassy Doctor. So, will 13 have a personality like Clara? Would you like her to have that personality and if not, which personality type?
