Men who play Counter Strike, how do you not beat the shit out of your PC every single day?

This is regarding the CS community. The mic spam, people playing music, yelling, someone beat boxing, another spamming in chat. This happens to me mainly in surf, in comp it's usually two people lobbying up trying to derank and fucking it up for us.
