Why Hbox only got a yellow card instead of getting DQ'd! and why he shouldnt have gotten punished.

First lets get this out of the way hbox was 100% in the wrong but he also technically shouldnt have been punished due to 3 different rules they have

1. ALL non-gameplay rule violations must be reported to a Judge before the Game starts (e.g. the winner switching the characters after winning one Game in a Match). and
2. Rule violations must be reported at the time they occur. Otherwise, they will be ignored.
3. It is the responsibly of the players in the Match to detect all Match Rule violations and report them to a Judge immediately. since sfat did not report it immediately hbox in reality should not have been punished. this is all based on the rules stated on this site http://evo.shoryuken.com/tournament-rules/#ruleenforcement
