Majorly depressed everytime I quit gaming and then I start binging after just a few days
Does anybody have any tips on how to deal with depression and fatigue after quitting this brutal addiction? Nothing I do in order to distract myself (besides eating) works, and forcing myself to do something else just makes me even more depressed, because those things (like exercise, reading, learning an instrument etc.) feel really really boring now, and most importantly, it just feels like it's too much work to get anything serious done. The only thing I ever manage to do is lie in bed, being completely useless. I do that up to a point where I feel like even playing video games would be more beneficial. So last time for example, I ended up downloading World of Warcraft and played a total of around 26 hours in just 2 days. My back seriously aches from all the siting, and I ended up uninstalling it just now, so I'll get a badge reset tomorow.
The question is though, how am I going to survive this this time? Can anybody help me out?
