UB Cycling Standard

Just looking through my collection and I'm finding playsets of cards that would make a great UB Cycling deck. I have playsets of [[Vile Manifestaion]][[Faith of the Devoted]][[]Hieroglyphic Illumination][[Curator of Mysteries]][[Archfiend of Ifnir]][[Horror of the Broken Lands]][[Striped Riverwinder]][[Shadowstorm Vizier]][[Censor]][[Wasteland Scorpion]][[Grisly Survivor]], among others

Has any deck like this been built yet? If not, how would Reddit go about building this deck?
