[Progress] [Support] Struggling Not To Contact NMom

Recently ghosted NMom. I just... can't handle her in my life anymore.

Today is the first time I've had a real emotional tug/urge to call her [she lives 3,500+ miles away, our only contact was phone calls].

I've got shingles for the first time and it's just... I have that, "I need my parent/mother, I need a fucking hug," feeling from childhood.
