No Sound in Windows 10!

My problem was that I couldn't install my realtek hd audio drivers, everytime I tried to I got the error message: install realtek hd audio driver failure error code 0x00005b3. Then I uninstalled the realtek hd audio in the device manager and tried to install the drivers again, which worked. I restarted but in the bottom right corner on my task bar there was a red/white X next to my sound icon, when I hovered over it it said no audio output device is installed. I clicked on it, a windows popped up and after I while Windows told me the problem was fixed and I should restart my pc. After restarting it still didn't work so I checked the device manager where I couldn't find any realtek hd audio device. Instead there was a new category with a device called Audio device on high definition audio bus with a yellow exclamation mark next to it. I tried updating the drivers for this device, uninstalled it and restarted, It was still there. I checked properties where it said that the device wasn't working properly, and this process requires an interactive workstation. I just want my sound back like it was before when I couldnt install the drivers but still had sound. Would be cool if someone could help me
