HELP! Slow sad song with High pitch "you said"

Can't remember anything else in the song, I just know it's a male singer slow tempo and the only lyrics I remember are "youuu said...". I know it's played in like sad moments or scenes when couples are emotionally proclaiming their love for eachother lol. Pretty sure I've heard it in greys anatomy and vampire diaries but I'm not sure.
