[Expansion] Laying Out Some Things

In an attempt to rally more Ivorians to unification, President Addo has presented some things that will and will not change in the case of unification.

• Will Cote D'Ivoire recieve autonomy? Yes. It will, in fact retain a large amount of autonomy, with the central government in Accra only controlling foreign affairs, defense and currency.

• What will Cote D'Ivoire be called? It will be known as the Republic of Cote D'Ivoire still, but within Ghana, similar to the Aland Islands.

• What will happen to the CFA franc? It shall be slowly phased out in favour of the Ghana cedi.

• What about French? It shall remain the official language. English shall be taught as a second language.

• What if Ivorian autonomy is revoked? That can only happen if the Ivorian government votes unanimously to do it.

We hope that these will reduce the amount of opposition to the unification, being from the people who think Ivorian autonomy will be revoked.
