Error 2002 primal malboro PS4

As of Friday night myself and my girlfriend have started getting error 2002 (a few hours before she had been playing and then gotten off for a bit). I have tried checking firewalls, router resets and changing data centers multiple times with no luck. Other data centers appear to be fine and anything else on the internet connection works fine. We play on PS4. Does anybody have any ideas as to what may be happening or how to fix it? Thank you!
