R/F Blue-Eyes for locals and beyond

I plan on playing in my first event ever, since returning to Yugioh this year, next week after links drop. I've been trying to fine tune my Blue-Eyes deck in preparation of this. I have no side deck at all because I don't know what other people there play or what will be good after links drop. I plan on playing this deck for awhile and hopefully taking it to bigger events in the future. Any help at all, especially for what I should be playing in my side deck, would be much appreciated.

Edit: If you need information on any of my choices or numbers just ask. I believe these choices are pretty standard except deck size anyways. Fourty three just happens to be my lucky number and I figured it would be ok since I have a ton of thinning from Desires and such.

Edit2: Forgot to say this but I've been thinking about running a 4th Kaiju but I couldn't think of anything to cut. Also not sure if I should be running PSY-Frames or not.
