[Help] Infinite bootloop once I unisntalled Magisk (13.2 Nexus 6p)

v13.2 fails the SafetyNet so I read that downgrading to 13.1 would fix. I pressed 'uninstall' and now it says my phone is corrupt and goes to a 'Google' screen forever. If I turn off it turns on again.

However, if I turn off with the volume down it goes to the bootloader. Is there any way I get back to Android without having to wipe my data? Thank you all.
