Help with Sylveon GX/Garb

Hey all!

I currently play a sylveon gx/garb deck, which I've only really played with over the last two weeks. Having spoken to people at my league, I've found the deck isn't very consistent, or at least it doesn't have a main focus.

If anyone could give me any suggestions on which direction to go and how, or just a new deck to build, that would be awesome!
