Been reading and hearin about Xenoverse 3. Real?

I asked here several months ago on if anyone had heard any news on Xenoverse 3 development. At the time there wasn't much going on. Right now, I'm looking at several articles talking openly about characters involved with X3 and so on. Just wanted to check if anyone else has heard of a confirmation of X3 and if so where did you read it?
