Advice on picking a robo vac

Hi guys, I rent a house about 1400 square feet. I have the master bedroom, which is the biggest. I'd guess it's maybe 300-400 square feet.

All the bedrooms have wooden floors, while the hallways are all tile. There's no carpet except rugs we put down.

I'm looking for a robovac for just my room. It's got the wooden floors with a few small rugs. I've got some bookshelves and a dresser, so it would need to avoid those.

The house is kind of old, so I don't want to spend $600+ on a top end Roomba. My budget for this is $300 and under.
