Two Python job related questions

1. with some programming exposure and self teaching of Python, what are some good job titles to be on the look out for to dive into a Python related position? Is it analyst, junior developer, etc? I am just trying to decode job titles in ads. Most ads read like, "WANTED! - Employee who knows everything and will solve all our problems."

2. What kind of test would be expected if you get far enough through the interview cycle? Looks like some jobs have what they call a "credential test". Probably to see if you know what you're talking about.
