[TOMT] [TV] Kids horror TV show from 90's-00's

I know this is a stretch but I have been searching for this for years. The details are fuzzy but I remember watching an episode of a tv show as a kid that was similar to goosebumps. I'm almost certain this was not an episode of goosebumps but I could be wrong. All I remember is there were kids around a campfire that were in their teens. They meet a kid that owned a theme park. I think it was his dads or something. Anyway, they end up looking up him or his dad in a phonebook and he isn't there. They figure out the kid is a ghost somehow and that's pretty much all I remember. I've googled what I remember before but I've never found anything useful. Thanks in advance!
