Pitching Rotation help

I have 25k to spend and I'm in CS. Didn't finish too strong last season so I'm looking for some key additions to my rotation. Any advice would be great!

Rotation:

91 Sabathia 89 Lincecum 88 Bucholz 87 Arrieta 84 Matz
