Mighty Gunvolt Burst

Mighty Gunvolt Burst has really interested me because I adore the Gunvolt series and enjoyed-ish Mighty Gunvolt, but I really can't decide if it's worth the purchase. I've never been one to adore megaman but do enjoy it on occasion. Would you suggest I buy it?
