Swapping work iPhone screen with personal iPhone?

I have an iPhone and I was recently issued the same model by my work. My personal iPhone screen has a few scratches while the work issued one is brand new. Are there any downsides to swapping the screens on the two phones? I know my work likely won't care if I return the work iPhone with a slightly scratched screen.
