Are there any netflix/VLC overlay options for Elite Dangerous and the Rift? Hello V doesnt support netflix currently.

Ive heard of HELLO V and OVRdrop, but Ive heard that ovrdrop doesnt work with the Rift and Elite. Hello V also doesnt work with netflix. Is there any other way to get video playback within the Rift? I dont do much dogfighting, and when playing ED normally, I have netflix or VLC running on my second monitor. I love it, and i dont think I would enjoy ED as much without it. Its perfect for long supercruises, or long load times.

So for me its kind of a deal breaker if I cant do this in the Rift, and I would go so far as to consider returning the Rift. Please dont see this as a complaint, its just that money's tight and I need to know before opening the box. I mainly want the Rift to play Elite dangerous, and while it still looks amazing for the other games, I feel ED is the only game that wont feel like a novelty after a couple months. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Would virtual desktop allow something like this?
