What your opinion on users who only post on a single topic?

Especially in /California I get a number of users who only post on single issues, although generally with some connection to California.

The one user in particular that I find a little disturbing is a user who posts almost exclusively articles about sexual assaults, usually involving minors.

Another example are a couple of users I'd consider semi-trolls who only post articles (often from right-wing websites) that show something bad about California or are a very biased discussion about some problem in California.
