[Day 28] Strong urges for the 1st time. Lesson learned.

Since the first day I'm flatlining hard since almost zero libido. One thing I did this journey was to stay away from all my triggers (clues) that activate my addiction habit. Today's history happen to a seduction and self development forum.

Eventually (maybe once a weak? I dunno) I go to these places but I don't allow me to spend more than 1 minute, just to check if there's any article, translation or book new, actually today I went to these places to get some ebooks and I saw a field report of a seduction, I get there and there was a picture of a hot girl. Not a nude picture, but it was a biquine girl and that was enough start a chain of strong urges for all day long.

Strange is I got more exposed (humour's series show me boobs 1 or 2 times during my actual journey) and those times it didn't affect me as much as today. Probably because I'm doing hardmode and I'm much time without sex made it hard today.

Then, It was my running time and when I came back for my luck everything was normal.

Today's leason: stay away from your triggers.
