Slow cooker recipes for college student

Hey I'm in university and have almost no cooking experience but I love slow cooking. Does anyone have any resources or just a few simple dishes that can be made quickly and don't require a stockpile of ingredients? I loved a salsa chicken recipe I found here so something on the lines of that would be so ideal, thanks!
