Needing Honest Opinions.

Hello, I would like some opinions on what you guys think my issue is here or if you had a similar situation. I have had puffy looking nipples for a couple years now. I believe they have progressed negatively as of late. I would like to note that from an early age I have had my left nipple shaped differently than my right. I am currently taking 0.2mg of propecia a day for hair loss (0.2mg in studies has shown to have little side effects). I am also taking letrozole and caber (anti prolactin) to try to combat my Gyno. My right nipple when squeezed firmly will discharge a small amount of liquid and the left one will barely discharge any. They are not sensitive. Nor do they hurt. Also there is only a very small pea sized bump under my right aerola. It is not hard and when I put my hand over my hand and lay flat I cannot feel it. I am not sure if this is true gyno, or if it is just in my head. But I would also like to point out when my nipples are hard it is virtually unnoticeable. Which I do not know if that is normal. I am considering having surgery and I will post pictures. Please feel free to say or ask anything.
