[KHUX][JP] Can't recover my game data

I used to play de JP version and then moved to the NA version. I used twitter to back up my data using Square Bridge. Now, almost one year after I want to keep playing the JP version since I'm fed up with NA version. The thing is, I can't migrate data because the SE site gives me error e1004 For how long does SE stores the game data? I've tried several times and still gives me error screen.
