Framerate Slows down a LOT when recording

Last month, I had to get my OS reinstalled, and had to install WoWS from scratch. I also got a little upgrade and got more RAM, 8GB total.

I record my replays with Bandicam, but lately the framerate has been pathetic, even by my standards (PC is still a potato, so graphics are on minimum). Before the OS issues, when recording I would average around 17fps. Now though, although recording starts with okay FPS, it gradually slows down to as little as 9fps, which is unwatchable.

I don't know if it's the newer Bandicam version that's causing this, or WoWS itself. I've reinstalled Bandicam, but that didn't solve the issue.

So far, it's seems to just be WoWS that is affected. WoT is fine, the sim racing game I play is fine, but WoWS slows down.

So either I restart my PC and hope that does the trick, or I reinstall WoWS. Any clue what the issue could be?
