Balance transfer help!

Hi. I have 3.5k debt on a walmart credit card, and 1.5k on a petland credit card.

I'd really like to transfer these to one card, and the interest on the walmart card is very high (80+ a month..)

I can pay off the debt quickly without interest. I'm an exotic dancer, so I can't make an EXACT financial plan but can most likely manage 400 a month.

My credit score is about 710. How do I transfer these balances to 1 card, and what is my best option here?
