• Unrealistic - Driving in a convertible with your hair flowing straight back. Realistic - Driving in a convertible trying to keep from eating your own hair.
• Mellie Grant as a horny treadmill runner! Shonda really loves recyling her actors.
• Surrogate situation was crazy, but then again it’s kind of indicative of how a lot of the Private Practice episodes were.
• Awww, that Meredith and Thatcher scene was actually kind of sweet.
• Sam walking the chihuahua. I smell a midlife crisis.
• If they have to do more tests, yes, there is something wrong.
• Burke, don’t do this! She wants a simple wedding. Let her have it.
• I do feel bad for Addison. Hearing you’re infertile is a very hard pill to swallow.
• Violet shopping in Whole Foods in her sweats. Respect.
• Ava is multilingual.
• Addison is a personal wreck, but she’s a pretty impressive doctor.
• I don’t feel like Meredith’s been on too many cases this year. She’s either been in the hospital or she’s been hanging out with her family members who are.

• What is up with all the cheating this season?
• I truly do feel sorry for Meredith this episode. I mean she really got the short end of the stick in the parent department. That slap was inexcusable.
• Last but not least, Del. So cute. Half of me wants Naomi back with Sam and half of me wants her to be with Del.
