[GHOSTS] If I bought Ghosts and the Season Pass for Xbox 360 and bought the game again for XB1, do I keep the DLC content I purchased and progress I've made?

I'm thinking of repurchasing the game on XBox One so I can replay Extinction with my friend. I'm wondering if I'll need to repurchase the DLC even if I already had it and if all my progress(ranks, camos, etc) will be reset. Can anyone confirm if this is or is not the case?
