Mouse sensitivity changing really fast to really slow

So anytime i play a FPS shooter on my laptop using my logitech g502. My aim always goes really fast and makes it hard to aim to really slow which makes it hard to look. This has happen 3 weeks ago and i dont know what to do Please Help... thanks
