Workers constantly getting stuck

In Heidel I keep getting a reoccurring problem where my workers get stuck near George Fusto, on the map it just shows them running in the same spot in that location. It's really frustrating because it keeps happening, and it's not just one worker there's 4 of them running in that same spot lol. So any help would be appreciated, thanks.
