[HELP] Taskbar NOT over games/apps after Creator Update

Hey guys,

so after creator update I have this issue with alt-tabbing while gaming in Windows Borderless. Before, when I tabbed onto one of my other monitors, taskbar appeared over my game. Now it doesn't and it's really confusing me. I remember having the same issue a long time ago after another weird update, but I fixed it by system restoring to an earlier date.

Things I tried:

• Changing in-game from fullscreen to borderless
• Clean driver install
• Meddling in the Windows taskbar settings

As I said, I remember having to system restore to fix this issue long time ago, but I don't feel like doing this after every update.

EDIT: I found out the update deleted all my system recovery points prior to it, so not even that option is available.
