Black ice weapons

So unfortunately i was never around to get these weapons unfortunately. And i also dont know why they were removed. Do you think it's possible for cryptic to add them back as a free appearance change item? I love how all the black ice armour/weapons look and i would love to have the weapon or at least make mine look like it.

It's honestly kind of depressing the fact that they show you the weapons but dont allow you to get any of them anymore.

Also I wouldn't mind them added a free appearance change dragon bone weapons like they did with the elemental weapons.
