About to drop $3000+ in the next 3 months. Any CC worth getting for a bonus?

I'm moving and am going to be spending $3000+ in the next 3 months, most of which in the first month of moving.
Are there any cards worth looking into to try to get a solid reward from this? (vs the 1.5% on my daily card)
My credit score is above 800.
Don't care about 0% APR as I probably won't use the card much after the initial purchases and they will be paid back on the spot.
More than likely won't be keeping the card past the 1st year as I have 2 solid daily cards (Wells Fargo 1.5% on all with 13 months left of 0% apr and the AMEX Blue Cash Back Preferred for groceries)

My buddy pointed to the Chase Sapphire Reserve but I doubt I will be able to make it "worth it" past the first year. Not sure of their cancellation policy or if there are any fees (ie: payback rewards) if cancelling before 1st year is up to avoid the annual fee again.
