For the Competitive Try Hards

Hey again reddit community! My last post was about looking for competitive players and I got great adds in-game. I've been talking to some of these players with the idea of forming a new guild that wasn't so much a guild but a place to create teams. There's a fair number of competitive players but many join top guilds expecting to find other competitive players to hit it off with. That is largely not the case since many guilds accept players that just want in. So I'm gathering a core group of players with the same mindset to make a guild. One which won't just allow anyone but only others that share the same mentality. So I don't need it to be a big guild but I do wish to be able to form atleast 2-3 teams within it and be able to play scrims and the such and all improve together. Make practice schedules and the such. For example my time is limited so I for one want to be able to log on and make the best use of that time by being with the boys and taking advantage of the good learning environment.

Its a team more than anything else so we all look for worthy players and propose the idea. Once we are all gathered the guild name will be chosen amongst all of us. I already have enough high level players with me to start the guild with a full 15 members. We will officially make the guild tomorrow and since anyone who is a part has an equal say we will decide on name by vote. I have a temporary discord channel you can join until the official one and so we can try you out and vice versa. Lastly, it is not completely required to leave your current guild to join. Since the emphasis is on team play and practicing constantly with the same players it is not necessary to quit a guild if too much has been invested in it. It is highly encouraged though and there are obvious benefits to it not only for yourself but for the group as a whole. I already have 3 guild leaders who are disbanding to join us, and players from recognizable names such as POND, TSM, CLG, etc.

https://discord.gg/jzhHWbw That's our temporary random channel if you're interested or know anyone who might be. Peace out! Edit: I can already see some joining the discord channel. Please introduce yourself with IGN, current LvL and experience when you do please :)
