Need help setting up a vortex server with thorium and calamity

Hey there a friend and I are trying to get back into some terraria but this time we wanted to dabble in mods for the first time. After a little research we decided to try calamity and thorium but are at a loss for how to get this mods onto the dedicated server. We have ftp set up just aren't sure where to go from there.
