SSJ angel goku appreciation?

I have seen some people talk about pikkon but no one as talked about this guy and he can be rather good too if you ask me, especially if you are f2p. I will be honest with this so here we go.

The Pro's:

• awesome art.
• attack boost for 3 turns with his SA
• activates SA at 9 ki when SA lv10
• passive gives 2 ki and 80% atk
• A rank potential boost (how even?) + easy to 100%
• standard SSJ links
• Low team cost

The Con's:

• overall decent/low stats (especially ATK)
• Semi decent links (other then SSJ set)
• extreme modifier
• passive is RNG based

So overall he can be a good unit if you lack some filler in a mono INT team or just to use for fun. He is certainly a card to max out (not per se potential) and put some effort into.

Update: added another pro to the list.
