Firefly 2 producing little to no vapor

So yesterday I picked up a Firefly 2 second hand of Craigslist. I was super excited to use it but when me and a buddy tried to take hits little to no vapor actually can out. It was on the highest temp (Not the one for concentrates) and nothing. I tried cleaning the mouth piece and airway and it helped a little bit not much. I googled fixes and have tried most and nothing. Does anyone have any ideas or is it something that I would have to send it back to the manufacturers to figure it out.
