[Discussion] How to Power level your Affiliates?

So I currently play as Morecambe as such I start off with Kendal as an affiliate club. They are currently in the northern Premier D1N. What I have done so far is I have sent all of my one star or one and a half star CA youngsters that have low potential two star or 2 and a half star to Kendal. Since they are a semi professional club I don't want to ruin any good players actual development by lending them out for any period of time.

How else would you guys suggest that I help raise Kendal status?

Anyone had any opportunities to do this with smaller nation affiliate?
