RL still crashing for me on Xbox One. Any fixes or advice?

Title. I get kicked to the Xbox home screen about once every six to seven games. Sometimes it's less often, sometimes it's more. Does anyone else on XB1 have this issue? It's gotten worse for me lately, and it gets super frustrating having the game crash out of nowhere mid game. I'm wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling the game would do anything. Any and all help would be appreciated.
