Is it worth viewing lectures and auditing solutions without doing all of the problem sets?

Hi,

I am in technical operations for a tech startup and want to familiarize myself with overall computer technology. However, I do not plan on writing code. I just want a deeper understanding of computers, websites, CDN's and cloud computing and video streaming. I have an bio-engineering degree and a MBA and have worked as a sales engineering deploying networking solutions.

Would anyone recommend just watching the lectures, shorts and trying to understand other students solutions that are posted online? I have tried coding in the past and get very frustrated with syntax and really just want an overall understanding. For my position, I just need to understand the fundamentals and theory so I can discuss it with vendors and engineers.

Thanks!
