Compensating for momentary signal loss

Working on a gas blower package right now, and we are experiencing periodic loss of our blowers, which then proceed to turn back on within a couple seconds. It's only happened a few times, however when it happens it trips the entire process. This is becoming a huge problem. We are thinking there's some sort of momentary signal loss in one of the wires (loose wire/bad connection), however given the number of instruments that govern the operation of the blowers it's nearly impossible to pinpoint. Any recommendations on changes we can make in the ladder logic (RSLogix5000) to prevent this? Maybe some sort of time delay. I'm still very new to this so bear with me as my terminology isn't that great. All suggestions welcome!
