New Rank System please?

Someone may have already addressed this issue and their thoughts but I would like to give mine. I believe that Rainbows ranking system is terrible for players like me who rarely have friends to play with on ranked. I know this is more my issue but I feel if they would change how it works then I'd work better for everyone. I believe that Rainbow should change its system to be more like Overwatch's, where it depends more on how the player played that game than how his team played. I've had multiple games where I myself played amazing but had players on my team who extremely lacked. If we lose I do agree it should take away points because we did not win. When I play Overwatch and lose I feel like it takes away a fair amount of points depending on if I played fair or poorly. Anyways, just a rant and if you have any good or bad comments I'd love for you to change my mind somehow.
