Future of PG county?

How do you guys see PG county in the future? Do you all think it could ever revitalize and become a nice area to live? What about the schools?

Some areas are transforming. Hyattsville is almost completely revitalized, and is now a nice area to live. Upper Marlboro keeps growing. Bowie is up and coming, Lanham is booming now with the new Woodmore Town Center with tons of nice new houses going in.

But areas like a Cheverly, Suitland, Seat Pleasant, Oxon Hill and Landover continue to plague the county.

The problem is, the poor people have to live somewhere. They got pushed out of DC into PG county. Where else is there for them to live?

Do you all see PG county ever becoming nice like Montgomery county? Or is it doomed to being run down and crime ridden forever?
