What should i upgrade to be able to run Battlefront 2 on ultra w/over 60fps?

PC SPECS- GTX 1060 ROG STRIX 6GIGS OF VRAM ||||| I5 4690k @3.5 GHZ (always running above 58 temperature) ||||||| 8 gigs of DDR3 ram (1 stick) |||||| 600W PSU ||||| ASROCK Z97 Extreme3 ||||

I am looking to buy another stick of 8gigs of ram to have a sum of 16 gigs of ram, although I have DDR3 ram. I feel like DDR3 may not be enough to withstand the quickly rising standards of the future, so I am not sure if I should buy a DDR4 motherboard. On the other hand, I also want to be ready to buy one of the new skylake or kaby lake processors such as the i5 7600k, which requires a LGA1151 slot on my mobo, but I have LGA1150. This whole upgrade is to be able to run the new Star Wars Battlefront 2 on ultra with well over 60 fps that is going to come out in November of this year. Keep in mind that in Star Wars Battlefront 2015 i get 60 to 75 fps on Ultra presets on 12 player modes, although on 32 player modes i get 45 - 60, which is why I am deciding on prioritizing to buy either RAM or a new kaby lake CPU. I want you guys to help me decide on what to prioritize, and which upgrade will give me more FPS on Battlefront 2 on ultra.
