[TOMT] Top comment on AskReddit post about things the people you know hide. The top comment was this beautiful post about a coworker who was always happy no matter what. It turned out that the dude decided to control his own happiness. And gave dedicated time to being sad so he could address it
That's about all I remember. The coworker said that he learned not to let life control his happiness and that sometimes he would go away and find a quiet spot so he could think about the things that made him sad. So that he could learn how to deal with them directly.
It's pretty recent definitely within the past 2 weeks.
