Civic participation technologies/software and Public Meetings of City Councils.

Civic participation technologies/software and Public Meetings of City Councils... Boston City Council and Cambridge City Council could update technology/software for greater civic participation, for more substantive interaction with Councils' Members.

For example, imagine an ONLINE City Stenographer Stenographic Record for ESL English Second Language folks, for hard of hearing folks, for all folks to respond to from the remarks of Boston City Council Members. Instead of the usual grandstanding pride of leadership posts online by Council Members, greater more substantive interactions on topics of concern.

Or imagine a table/chart of Roll Call Votes taken in the City Council by topic, by Council Members instead of difficult to use listings at https://www.cityofboston.gov/cityclerk/rollcall/

or at http://cambridgema.iqm2.com
