Just bought the game, is there really no options for lower mouse sensitivity?

Just bought the game and even at 25% it is ridiculously fast. Is there seriously no other way to lower it? No I am not going to lower DPI or windows mouse settings, that is both incredibly annoying and ridiculous that those two are the only other options
