Cpu cooler to push my 4790k

Starting a new build tomorrow with the 4790k, after being told not to re use the 3 year old H60. And after not even considering my hyper evo 212. I decided to sell both coolers and buy myself a new cooler around 80 euro.

My case is a Coolermaster Cosmos 2, so no need to worry about the height lol. My motherboard a Gigabyte z97x gaming 3. My mixture of Corsair Vengeance and Valueselect is however something to take into consideration as they're quite high.

Now the two coolers that I found suitable are a Noctua nh u14s and the nh d15s. Is there any significant difference between the two in terms of temperature and noise?

And what are some other good coolers around this 80 euro price point that can push my 4790k and who're not too loud?
